The Mission of S.M.A.R.T. is to be an organization for all who practice Safe, Sane and Consensual BDSM, D/s and Fetish lifestyles in the greater Cleveland area and throughout Ohio. S.M.A.R.T. is an education resource and discussion group committed to expanding knowledge and safety regarding activities surrounding BDSM, D/s, and Fetish lifestyles. There will be no sex or sexual activities at S.M.A.R.T. meetings. S.M.A.R.T. is not a swingers club or a dating service. S.M.A.R.T. encourages fellowship and mentoring amongst members and does not promote any physical contact.
- AGE & AGREEMENT - S.M.A.R.T. participants must be 21 years of age or over, must have read and agreed to these rules. If these rules are violated, the participant (s) may be asked to leave.
- CONFIDENTIALITY - All information about the identities and activities of S.M.A.R.T. participants is held in strict confidence by all participants, including telephone numbers, addresses, and all other personal information.
- CONSENUALITY - All activities and discussions at S.M.A.R.T. meetings are agreed upon by all parties involved, and all participants are consenting adults. All participants will respect as final the decision of anyone not to participate in any activity.
- DRUGS AND ALCOHOL - No illegal drugs are allowed at any S.M.A.R.T. meeting. Anyone found to be in possession of illegal drugs or intoxicated at any S.M.A.R.T. meeting may be asked to leave.
- NO SEX - No sexual act may be performed at any meeting.
- SAFETY - All activities at S.M.A.R.T. meeting must be performed in a safe and sane fashion within a BDSM context.
- CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES - At no time may cameras or any other recording devices be brought to or used at a S.M.A.R.T. meeting.
- NO COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION - No participant may offer or request illegal services for money, whether sexual or non-sexual.
