This is the official registration for vendors who have been accepted for Fetish Flea 2025.

Vendor Registration:

As a reminder: Vending will take place from October 17 through October 18. An acceptance of registration encompasses both days.

  • Load in will be on Friday, October 17 at 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Vending begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 11:00 PM. 
  • Saturday vending begins at 10:00 AM and load out will be on Saturday, October 18 at 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We reset the area by 7:00 PM.

Prices include both Friday and Saturday of the event. The vending fee will include two (2) wristbands for accessing all of the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday classes and play parties.

Refund Deadlines:

  • Requests on or before July 15 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Requests from July 16 to September 15 will receive a 50% refund.
  • After September 15 vendor fees become nonrefundable.

Non-Profit Information:

This year, OhioSMART's Annual Fetish Flea Weekend will take place from October 17 - 19, 2025 at our Cleveland Play Space. 

Information on tabling is below:

  • Tabling is on Saturday, October 18 (4x4 table provided)
  • Set-up begins at 9 am
  • Tear-down is from 6pm

Tabling for Fetish Flea is always free for Nonprofits!
