Up next….the Chest!

Continuing our series to build up to suspension we will next be covering chest harnesses! We will be constructing/adjusting these harnesses to work with the body you are tying onto to make it sustainable and as comfortable as possible.

This is a tie along or audit class, having a partner is recommended but not required. Not all of the harnesses will be suitable for self-tying.

We will be covering:

• Arms in front chest harness
• Arms behind chest harness
• Hands free chest harness

Need Materials:
Rope/Gear: 3-4 30’ hanks We have some to share if needed.
Safety: Shears/Cutting Tool
Class Type: Hands On, Tie Along
Class Setup: Mat/Ground Area
Prerequisite: Single Column (not required but encouraged)

Remember to bring:

• A good attitude
• Willingness to learn and share
• Comfy Clothes
• Your photo ID

Schedule:
2:00 PM: Registration Open
2:30 PM: Registration Closes
5:00 PM: Event Ends
