OhioSMART April First Friday: Third Annual Egg Hunt and Play Party (Prepay Only)

We've hosted egg hunts in the past and it was a hoppin’ good time! We plan to shell out some eggsellent prizes for those who can sniff them out! So hop on over in your best bunny suit and join us for our Third Annual Egg Hunt on First Friday in April!

If you would like to donate some prizes or eggs to hide things in, please email or reach out to the board at info@ohiosmart.org for approval. Thank you!

Want to be part of the egg hunt volunteers? We need people to:

• Stuff eggs (this would happen on a night prior to the event - TBD based on schedules)
• People to put the eggs around the egg hunt areas (there will be an egg map to follow) (up to 5 positions) (Yes, if you hide them, you can still hunt them - we have you covered on how it will work!)
• Set the timer for individuals to go into each dungeon and usher them in (2 positions)
• Hand out instruction sheets as individuals enter for the hunt (1 position)

Want to volunteer in general? We need people for:

• Opening: which includes putting up signs, candy boxes, and first aid kits (Shifts start at 8:30 PM and go until 9:00 PM)
• Closing: which includes taking down signs, emptying trash, and putting away candy boxes/first aid kits (Shifts start at 12:30 pm-ish and end when closing checklist is complete)
• Play Space Monitor Shifts: 30 minute to 2 hour shifts available. Act as a Play Space Monitor in the Main or Arch Dungeons. Pre-training required.

As a reminder, all tickets must be purchased no later than Thursday, April 2 at 11:59 PM since this is a prepay only party!

Schedule:
8:45 PM: Doors Open
9:10(ish) PM: Egg Hunt begins in the dungeons
11:00 PM: Registration Closes, No admittance after 11 PM.
1:00 AM: Closing Time

Please note: We share our facility and parking lot with another club. On busy nights, a parking attendant in a safety vest may be present to direct your vehicle to park in a specific location. Please respect and follow the attendant's directions, thank you.

Please email info@ohiosmart.org with your name and DOB prior to 6:00 pm if this is your first event! After 6 pm, we cannot guarantee someone will be able to process your information for the address until after the event has concluded.
