OhioSMART Ties September Event: Self Suspension / Partnered Suspension Part 4 of 4

This is our final part of our self suspension or partnered suspension classes. You will need to know a suspendable chest and hip harness and have a good understanding of uplines and lock offs.
We will go over the safety and skills you should have to suspend as well as considerations for yourself and your partner.

This will be a three part class.
 will be covering partnered suspension for the first part of class.
 will be covering self suspensions for the second part of class.
The last part will be open time to practice what we have learned and become more comfortable with suspension skills. Emie and Lotta will be available for assistance and guidance during this time.

This is not a 101 class, if you are not confident with your basic skills, harnesses, or uplines, you may audit the class but not suspend.
We will not be going over the basics for this class.


Rope/Gear: 6-8 30’ suspension worthy hanks. We have some to share if needed.
Safety: Shears/Cutting Tool
Class Type: Hands On, Tie Along
Class Setup: Suspension Points/Mat/Ground Area
Prerequisite: Single Column, Loadable Chest Harness, Loadable Hip Harness
