Volunteering at Fetish Flea 2025
Please do not register online or buy tickets until volunteer decisions have been made, thank you! If we are unable to offer you a volunteer position at this time, we will still honor the Early Bird rate for your registration.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for this year's Fetish Flea! We currently have a variety of roles that need filled from Friday (October 17th) to Sunday (October 19th). In addition, we will have some pre-convention availability for volunteering. Please check below for roles, descriptions, and dates.
Important Dates:
- Priority Volunteer Application Dates: May 30 - June 30
- Rolling Basis Volunteer Applications: July 1 - August 20
- Training - Maximum 1 Hour Online, Various Dates September - October 1
Early applicant volunteers will receive an email for vetting of the role within 2 weeks of the priority application period ending. All acceptance letters will be sent to the kink-friendly email specified in the email address section. Please make sure you add info@ohiosmart.org to your inbox! Emails and other contact information will be kept for Board use only for the Fetish Flea 2025 event and deleted after the event ends to keep your privacy.
